Hello,

one of my customers is filing an info challenge against a fraudolent
registration that has a fake trademark number. My customer doesn't
have a trademark either but the domain has the same name of his
company. He called WIPO in Geneva and asked them about this matter.

They said that if he is the only challenger, he will get the domain
even if he doesn't have a trademark. I knew this wouldn't work like
that, what happens if a non-trademark holder challenges an .info
domains which has been registered fraudently? How challenging works
in this case?
