Subject: deposited $ > credit limit ,  credit card company won't budge on limit

A warning to others.

A month ago my credit card company told me it
would be no problem to raise my credit limit
temporarily.

Now, at the last moment, they will not raise my limit.
Even though I long ago deposited an amount
(with the credit card company)
substantially in excess of my credit limit, and
even though they know I have a large amount of
cash sitting in the bank the credit card was
issued through.

Maybe its just my situation.

Anyway, it's just another thing to look out for.
