Subject: Register.com Most Inept, In My Experience With .INFO

        1.  Charging $5 for .INFO "requests" for names taken by trademark holders during sunrise.   I can document this.

2.  I submitted .INFO "requests" back in July, only to see some of them later given to others, 'cause Register.com employees negelcted to process my order, even though they had valid credit card info, after requesting it. 

3.  Register.com employees try to blame ICANN for the $5 fee, until I let them know that there are other registrars not charging any fee for "requests".

Too bad.  I advise anyone doing business with Register.com to think twice.
