I know that sex.info is registered to somebody with a legitimate trademark -- it's on a stylized logo, but under the really goofy rules of the sunrise period, that counts.  (An earlier draft of the agreement excluded graphical-design trademarks, but that was changed... I guess the trademark lobby didn't tolerate not being able to use such registrations.)
