some registrars - despite the fact that they assured us that our credit cards would only be debited in the event of a successful registration - are out to get our money before another registrar takes it. Don't imagine they care if by the time the lottery starts we don't have any credit to pay for a successful registration with another registrar.
After all, what is the Afilias and ICANN customer service policy? - "If we have your money - then you can f*ck-off and die!!"
