I'd just like to note that James Archer of Registration Technologies lost out badly
through the Sunrise frauds because of his measured approach and late entry into the
Landrush market. Nevertheless I note with relief that he is prepared to refund applicants
who lost out themselves in the Sunrise fraud. I have also found Mr Archer easily
accessible, responsive to e-mails, and he has helped draw my attention to certain
abuses in the Afilias roll-out, out of a sense of justice. Each registrar is accountable
for the way they treat their customers. On the basis of my experience and evidence,
Registration Technologies has played a fair game?
