Dear Antipodes, A very moving post.  I saw myself crossing over a line, due to frustration and anger, and was thinking that perhaps it would be best to move on.  I was a pest to psbyowner who is a reasonable fellow. As you note, through, many wrongs remain in this roll-out... so I'll take your encouragement to keep at it -- trying to stay on the constructive side of things and not let frustration get the better of me.  It is tough to steer a balance in getting upset about something that is wrong (which is OK) without falling into a response that is wrong (which is not OK).  Your choice of words brought back memories -- My dad used to say “Hells Bells.”  Thanks, mate.
