In the revised .info schedule, as posted to a different message board (see link below), there is only one queue, and it is indeed delayed a few days from the original first queue. However, Afilias has yet to actually update their own official website to reflect this.  This is typical of all the new TLDs, which have made their websites into "cobweb sites" with infrequent updates even when there is new information that ought to have been put up.  For instance, the .name site has yet to announce its launch schedule, even though they put out a press release on that subject during the ICANN meetings.
