"If you carefully examine the changes, many of them (such as the elimination of the second que) could not be blamed on the events in New York. Afilias is just looking for a scape goat to manipulate the process to generate more money for themselves." Maybe partially right.  However, the elimination of the second queue does not generate more money for Afilias. Eliminating Queue 2 results in less money in Afilias's pocket. I think Afilias eliminated Queue 2 to simplify processing in this difficult time. However, Afilias should maintain the Queue 2 September 25 deadline for the new merged Queue [the merging of Queue 1 and Queue 2] to be fair to those who had planned on that deadline.
