Subject:	registrars submitting "payment authorizations" for products that don't yet exist?

I and I assume others are in credit card "payment authorization" hell right now because some registrars are submitting "payment authorizations" on products (.info domain names) that don't yet exist.  Case 1. (Unavailable names) Payment authorization submitted on 2-character names, names already registered in Sunrise lottery, country names, etc. Case 2. Names that haven't yet been awarded. "Discuss among yourselves."
