I went to the afilias search, and almost all names are trademarked. How could they let so many fake TM's work. (cars.info,casino.info,ect..) name's you obviously cant TM. how many of these name will really be challenged? not very many.. The TM numbers are like 000000002, and they let them go. some even have smart little comments for TM numbers. I talked to an Afilias rep. and he blamed the people who submited the bogus TM's, and taking none of the blame themselfs. They had no precautinary measures for this. like you couldnt see this coming from a mile away.
