What the .biz lottery really amounts to is an auction names under the guise of the random awarding of names designed to enrich Neulevel. Neulevel is essentailly pocketing the difference between the market value of the names and the annual registration fees. Why ICANN approved such a process - behind closed doors - is a mystery.
