below is link to an article in the Register.  Be sure to read about "the Registry's resolve to live up to both the spirit and letter of our agreement with ICANN in an open and transparent way." Another question -- Has Afilias management recently created a new company without informing all of the Directors of Afilias?  If there is corporate restructuring, why?  Should the public be informed why in  accordance with "an open and transparent way"?
