Subject: And the award for Worst registrar fraud goes to.....

Message:

There are many registrars who have obviously abused the system but the award for the most blatant abuse by a registrar to whom amazingly no action has been taken against even with tremendous evidence of their abuse as evidenced by their own words in emails and with numerous phone conversations with registrants  and by the fact that a lot of their fake sunrise applications have the same tm numbers/format  indicating that the registrar filled in the details themselves and not to mention false applications by the employees themselves,  has to be SpyProductions.com.

In their own words from the now legendary emails:

WHY SHOULD I PLACE MY DOMAIN IN THE SUNRISE?

Why not! Did you know that during land rush your
odds of getting any of your names is less than 5% with
any registrar!  However during sunrise your odds
through SpyProductions is as high as 80%.  Why?
Because the registry is not policing sunrise
registrations.

SpyProductions is making good on its promise to
register domains at the earliest possible moment.
That time is sunrise.  Remember anyone can register at
sunrise.  The people that should definitely NOT
register at sunrise are those that want to register a
name with a trademark.    If you have any reason
whatsoever to believe that your desired name(s) is
trademarked, then contact support@spyproductions.com
to remove those names from sunrise.

And doesn't this make you feel safe as an honest consumer:

Thanks to all for your patience with our recent repeated e-mails.
However
we know it is imperative our customers all know the details of these
historic domain launches. There is a lot of hype and disinformation
going
around. Our updates are solid and assuredly accurate.

  Regards,
  The SpyProductions Team

These people should get an award for fraud and for their part in hurting honest consumers. They are a startling example of greed and deceit. The startling thing is they didn't even try to hide their fraud. Why?
