weakest positions: because they then (IMHO) become negligent and instrumental in
losses sustained by honest customers who were defrauded of the product they had bought
(viz: the chance to obtain a name in the randomised process : this was the product
advertised; this product was lost through (IMHO) inadequate initial scrutiny and
subsequent action which could have been taken)
