Subject: I would argue - as this is the TRUTH

You talk about cat.biz

Giving a trademark priority in an OPEN TLD is abridging free speech.

For instance - Catipillar Tractors get priority, before you, for the word CAT.

This is against the First Amendment rights.

So everybody can see - the American Government do not give a fart for peoples rights.

There would be nothing wrong in having a closed TLD for trademarks - cat.reg for instance.

As this would then stop the restriction on people using these words in open TLDs.

This is the premise behind WIPO.org.uk - if anybody says this is not the truth - please explain why.
