Afilias was not required to delete these registrations. They had the right to but were not required to no matter who said what. Your case will fall apart in a second with this often overlooked fact. I think you might actually affect something for the better if you go after the registrars whom have obviously and blatantly commited fraud.   Hasn't anyone asked themselves why these registrars without fear encouraged fraud and commit it themselves?  I think if you put some heat on these registrars you might learn something.
