Subject:	Afilias has said that they think bogus regs are under 10%...

...but they have also said that the U of M study (I was author) which estimated 15-25% bogus regs is useful.  To the best of my knowledge, they have not denied it, per se.  I asked Afilias for permission to list the 25% bogus names, but have not heard back from them.
