Here's the concept: The Lorenz case is really an integrity test for Afilias and Domainbank. He doesn't commit any fraud, rather he lures Afilias and Domainbank to commit it. Sort of a protest thing. Seems like Afilias and Domainbank failed the test. They trapped themselves. Is that it?
