We will never be able to quantify the affect of SpyProductions's encouragement to Landrush applicants to cheat and convert their applicantions to Sunrise. However, what we do know is that SpyProductions's announced to all the world, with the authority of an insider, that the registry Afilias planned to breach its ICANN-NSI Registry Agreement as it relates to its monitoring of registrar adherence to its RLA policy which requires registrars to obtain true and accurate registration information from all domain name registrants, under the threat to cease registrations from registrars who violate any provisions contained in the section regarding the protection of intellectual property. Heaven help the Landrushers - as Afilias and ICANN won't!!!
