Fair Warning: dont bet the farm on new.net. I noticed a lot of "pumpers" come on these forums pushing new.net, but the fact is these names are not active! if you buy names such as .xxx, .shop, etc. you are buying worthless empty space!

One other note: I lost a fair amount of money on .tv, .to, .cc, etc. and these are real names. Take my suggestion as a domain investor...

1. Right or Wrong, like it or not, ICANN regulated names are the real deal.

2. New.net names are not, and by all probability never will.

3. Stick with the fundamentals: .com, .org, .net, .biz, .info.

4. Look at it as a web surfer: which name would you predict to have at least SOME relevant web content on it-computers.net or computers.shop? Fact is, even if the names DID work, the average consumer would NEVER try these names, because they have never heard of them; rendering these names worthless.
