More specifically, the challenge winner gets the opportunity to register the name
themselves under the same terms as in the sunrise period -- meaning that a trademark
name, number, and country must be supplied, and that if it's invalid it's subject
to further challenge. If the successful challenger chooses not to avail him/her/themselves
of this registration opportunity, then the name would fall back into the public pool.
But why somebody would pay the challenge fees if they're not planning on registering
the name themselves I don't know.
