If that's the case, what's to stop the person who was challenged successfully, then re-challenging the person who challenged them - either in person or through their best friend? If the successful challenger is allowed to submit false TM details themselves, then what's to stop the original false TM registrant's wife challenging and submitting false TM details all over again. There's no end to it... Finally the challenge cut-off date arrives and Afilias themselves then have to challenge the last challenger... IN FACT... therein maybe lies revenge on Afilias... If every defrauded pre-registrant challenged a name on the last eligible day for challenges, then either Afilias have got to challenge all 10000 names, or else they let the pre-registrants keep the names after all with their own false TM details What an irony THAT would be
