that is WIPO and Afilias will profit lot of money from this "challenge walzer". I just read the WIPO rules and actually all the challengers, including multiple challengers for the same name, pay a not refundable fee of $75. In addition the "winning challenger" deposit additional $220 that will be refunded only if he wins the challend AND THE RESPONDER PAID HIS QUOTE OF $295. So if the false trademark holder simply do not respond to your challenge, as very probable in for most cases, you will pay additional $295 for your name to wipo while Afilias will get double registration fee. It is now clear why they did not avoid the "Sunrise Fraud"? Attilio
