They must be up to some sort of fiddle. They were supposed to have begun this 'processing' lark on the 21st (and why the hell they gave themselves a week to process them I do not know). Surely it would only take a few seconds to do a round robin with modern computers.It should have been ready days before the 27th. Since they are still delaying this I can only concede that there is something underhand going on- probably some sort of cover up.

Corruption aside, if they are not technically competent to do the job on time, they should be replaced.
