Much as Afilias may deserve to have their plans screwed up (if they actually have any plans intstead of just blundering around randomly), imposing a court order delaying their launch would punish those landrush registrants who still have names not taken in sunrise that they're waiting on now.  Anyway, .info didn't have nearly as much of a "lottery" style to its launch given that (most) registrars weren't taking more than one attempted registration per name, so that people weren't being encouraged to buy multiple "chances" to try to win the good names.  That some people went to multiple registrars to increase their odds was their own business, not really an intentional thing that was encouraged in the way the ".biz lottery" was.
