Never did and never will meet a deadline they or anyone else sets... They have a real pickle on their hands, how to fit a 700,000 lb elephant into a 250,000 lb car. Or put another way each registrar has submitted a 10,000 name queue????? According to this, median Landrush odds are 1 in 3, of course this varies depending on the name in question. Now since nobody that I know off knows exactly how they plan to implement a "Round Robin" and several articles state that "for names that have more than one applicant a lottery system is going to be used", I'm guessing the invisible hand of the lord is having something to do with the selection process. Besides, I still believe that the smart (desperate) thing to do if I was in Afilias' shoes (filthy as those might be) is to stall until October 1st. For that theory (which I would love nothing more than to see proven wrong) read my post below..
