Subject:	Be Careful of Submitting Fake Challenges!

The queue for the challenges @ the WIPO are very delayed by all accounts. The ones listed on their website are the very first ones; they seem to have a lag of about 2-3 weeks? Because of this, if you put in fake challenges (i.e if you don't have a TM), you could end up challenging not the original owner but rather a legitimate owner. You not only lose your $75 but the full $295. Also, it's almost guaranteed that the Challenge deadline will be surreptitiously extended, based on Afilias' track record. Cheers, Dave
