Rachel, I think the results speak for themself. Nobody knows what goes on in ICANN secret meetings. I would imagine ICANN worked very closely in this unregistered and therefore illegal lottery. Like I previously mentioned - it also must be illegal to offer a prize (domain) in a lottery (Landrush) when it is not there, because already taken out in another lottery (Sunrise).
