I would say it was registered on the 12th. It must have been one of the 10 names that registrars were each allowed to register, after the sunrise period, as written in the registry-registrar agreement. This does not seem suspicious to me, although it does seem arguably unfair that they are allowed to pick 10 names without any trademarks or other claim to them, before the public can get to them.
