I don't care how much rationalization is being thrown
around here, facts:SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS THE LAST DATE FOR THE REGISTRARS TO
SUBMIT THEIR QUEUES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR LANDRUSH PROCESSING. THIS DATE WAS NOT SEPTEMBER
12.
IRREGARDLESS OF YOUR FLAVOR OF RANDOM METHODOLOGY, YOU BEGIN PROCESSING ONLY
AFTER THE LAST REGISTRAR HAS SUBMITTED THEIR QUEUES.
THE REGISTRATION DATE IS THE
DATE OF AWARDING THE NAME AND NOT THE DATE IT WAS PRE-REGISTERED OR THE DATE THE
QUEUE WAS SUBMITTED OR 50 DAYS-FROM-CHRISTMAS ETC. ETC.
One of three things
have happened here:
1. They began processing on the 12th BEFORE ALL THE QUEUES
WERE IN.
2. They processed it on whatever day and then used the 12th for a number
of reasons.
3. The first batch was not random at all, they could have been done
selectively for any number of internal considerations.
Please remember, this
is not a technical-glitch or test-run or temporary-data.. The WHOIS could be going
up and down for any number of reasons, the information in it is the real thing.
