I am trying to be objective and not overreact.. but here is another September 12th registration with trademark information (note the classic bogus TM numbers, from a different registrar! There are a couple reasons why this might be an extremely important bit of data. One of which is that it appears to show some "filling in" of bogus trademark information which is continuing even past the end of Sunrise. I am open to alternative explanations. If validated, this is amazing.
I believe that search of the WHOIS at the moment does not show this or any of the other registrations which showed a little while ago. May I please ask a favor of all of you? When the WHOIS goes live, please look up this record and save it on your computer.
I am open to alternative explanations for why two different registrars show registrations wil bogus trademark information created on Sept. 12th and where the bogus trademark information came from.
