spot, yes it adds to the confusion but if you look at my quick analysis on this (posted a href="http://forum.icann.org/cgi-bin/rpgmessage.cgi?newtldagmts;3BB7A8A200000CDD" here /a), it's clear this is due to registrar error -- DomeBase says he'll probably call the 3 registrars identified tomorrow and ask them pointblank if they "auto-submitted" TM info to the registry during landrush. i see no reason why the registry shouldn't have accepted the info submitted to it, if it was done correctly -- remember guys, garbage in, garbage out
