You are correct! Actually, one of the names which I very much wanted, but was unable to get (despite having entered it with ten registrars, including short lists) was successfully registered by 007 for another person! Remember it was a lottery at the end: even registrars submitting very long lists could sometimes be lucky, provided some coveted name  suddenly emerged at the top. Such exemples tend to convince me that, while Sunrise was a total failure, Landrush was honestly conducted by Afilias (regarding some registrars, this is another question...). Our future efforts should concentrate upon the revision of the Sunrise scandal (i.e. taking names away from people with fake TM).
