Subject:	Tucows "Refund" an Internal matter?

Tucows (Domaindirect) have only returned pre-registration fees for half the domains I lost to Sunrise fraudsters.  Furthermore they kept $5 for each Sunrise Fraud, returning only $24.99 of the $29.99 fee they requested for each domain.  I am almost sure in saying they only returned the fees because under half my names failed to make THEIR start-up queue which consisted of numerous other Tucows partners like Spy Productions and Fasthosts.  Can anyone confirm my understanding of Tucows refunds? I now await the refunds from the ramaining names they failed to register, over half of which were taken by Sunrise fraudsters.
