Psbyowner, At the end of the day, I'm glad I didn't submit false claims of trademark, although I'm clearly the poorer for it.  At least I can look myself in the mirror. Someone took pity, though, and in terms of California cities allowed me to get Fresno.info (hey, it's something), Sonoma.info (okay, so it's not a city), WineCountry.info (had to get mildly creative) and, oddly enough, SanFran.info (it took a trademark claim to get the big banana). I'm hoping these have some value somewhere down the line.
