They don't expect anybody to actually *use* the things... just to speculate in them and to register them to protect trademarks, and stuff like that... :) Actually, I have yet to be officially informed of the registration of any of my .info domains, or to have any of them added to a web panel where I can modify the contacts and name servers.  This makes the names useless so far...  I think the registrars are taking a while to catch up with all of those sunrise registrations.
