Subject:	refunds make me suspicious
Message:
giving pre-registration refunds would give them an excuse to purge their records of names taken fraudulently during sunrise - then if a Landrush 2 ( with origonal pre-regs )was being taken seriously - they would say - whoops we can't  do that we purged our records as everybody asked for a refund. I am asking registrars what they are doing with their lists. Will consider what to do at a later date Chris
