Message:
You must "wait a while with a fake online shop and then a few months later post up a page saying 'Our company went under. We are now selling everything including our domain.'" Pets.com bizness sold its domain in bankruptcy to PetsMart [www.petsmart.com]. Who can prove that your bizness was intended to be a fake front for selling your dot-biz domain?  NOBODY CAN! That's the way it is. If pets.com can be sold, then so can any dot-biz domain [if the owner plays smart].
