The fact is the new tlds have been approved and have been/ are being introduced. It doesn't matter if nnn.biz might get confused with nnn.com. The system is now in place and that's all there is to it. I take your point and think it is a reason to not open up as many tlds as new.net are suggesting- that really wuld get confusing - not because I'd muddle up ending, but mainly because I wouldn't remember what the bloody ending was.  But no point in moaning about .info and .biz - I take it you didn't bag any generics then :-) Ha!Ha! Sorry. Couldn't resist. :-)
