I can't see him happily accepting the loss of $500,000. But then he blatently spent
the money on a load of domains with bogus trade marks. I guess theoretically, if
he is challenged, he'll have to put up $1.5 million in sWIPO's dispute procedure.
It would be a pity if he didn't have enough cash wouldn't it? So either he knows
something we don't, like he's in bed with SantAfilias, or he's just made a complete
ARSE of himself and lost a bloody fortune. If I were old Plankyboy, I would have
applied to be a registrar. It would have been a whole lot cheaper.
