http://NameCheap.com  is the best bet for registering .INFO Domains that I've found.  It shows up in the WHOis IMMEDIATELY and costs only $8.88/year. They also have a funky 3-Character List of .INFO domains still available --- I snagged a couple myself. Best of Luck!
