Firstly Richie, isn't the applicant address for accountant.info that of Mustard Seed in Canada not 007names in New Jersey? Secondly it looks like Greg McKay of Mustard Seed had the strategy of registering generics .ca names (e.g. sold.ca and accountant.ca) and then getting Canadian Trademarks for them.  These were then used to get Sunrise registrations.  Is it fair that someone can trademark .ca names and then use them to get Sunrise .info registrations?  Will Afilias allow Mustard Seed to keep their names as legal trademarks or take them back for Landrush 2?
