It would cost Afilias  millions of dollars - probably more meny than they have - to successfully challenge all the bogus names. It would also be several years before an arbitrator could rule on all of them. Most fraudsters were counting on being able to get away with a some of their names and still becoming very rich. Afilias has not demonstrated in any way that they are capable with dealing with anything.
