Take a look for yourself at
the zone files for the COM, NET, and ORG zones. They all have A records (glue),
but the only A records in the COM zone are for name servers based on .COM domains,
the only A records in the NET zone are for name servers based on .NET domains, and
the only A records in the ORG zone are for name servers based on .ORG domains.
As name servers are created based on .INFO domains, A records for them will show
up in the INFO zone.
There is no need to argue, speculate,
or wonder about this - just look at the zone files and see for yourself!
