I just tried the Afilias site, and it showed up as raw HTML code in my browser (Mozilla 5.x).  Apparently, the incompetents at Afilias have misconfigured their server so that it sends the wrong MIME type (content type) for their pages, causing standards-compliant browsers to display them as plain text instead of HTML.  (MSIE violates the standards and second-guesses MIME types, so users of that browser won't notice the problem.)
