According to the registry-registrar agreement, registrars can register up to ten
names provided the registration is a trade name, trademark or service mark of the
Authorized Registrar, and is identical to a name registered by the Authorized Registrar
in either the .com or .net TLD. Is there any way to know how each registrar used
its allotment of ten?
