Dear friends, I request Afilias before proceeding to (publishing the list of challenge to file in wipo) Challenging Sunrise registration any action they should give fair chance to all (genuine and bogus) who register in sunrise by asking them to submit their TM certificates or they should cross confirm it from the concern Trademark Country. It will Save lot of moey of original trademark holder. and if the details are not satisfactory then they can proceed further.
