Not sure how far TM fraud - whatever that exactly is
anyways, will get you...but "lottery" may be the ticket to success - pun intended
:-) If someone can show that .INFO is a lottery, then they may have something,
but I doubt anyone will...however, one may be able to show that some .INFO registrars
were operating lotteries for .INFO domain pre-registrations and via that route, one
may then be able to go "after" Afilias by basically claiming they knew and endorsed/supported
such actions, etc. My suggestion is to ask and search around for information regarding
.BIZ litigation and see if anyone is/can use a similar approach with .INFO - but
like I said, one may do better going after registrars in respect to .INFO, but I'm
not an attorney so all of the above is just my 6:30 AM opinion after being awake
all night working...
