"The only good faith action ICANN can now take is to eliminate Afilias and reassign the authority for .info to some other entity.  If this takes an act of Congress then that's what it takes." I hereby volunteer my services in conjunction with joint venture partners to operate the dot-info registry.  Alternatively, I suggest IOD as dot-web and dot-info registry. Afilias's Dot-Info Queues were unfair to applicants applying thru registrars with large queues.  A totally random and equal-chance selection process would have been fair.
